Analog Nomad stores all application data locally on your Windows device. This includes:

• Your task logs and time tracking data (stored in Excel format)
• Application settings and preferences
• Custom clock configurations
• Alarm settings
• Timezone and language preferences

All data is stored in your local AppData folder at:
%APPDATA%\AnalogNomad\

No Internet Connection Required

Analog Nomad operates entirely offline. The application:

• Does NOT require an internet connection to function
• Does NOT transmit any data over the internet
• Does NOT communicate with external servers
• Does NOT send analytics or telemetry data
• Does NOT track your usage patterns

What We DON'T Collect

We want to be crystal clear about what we don't do:

• We don't collect personal information
• We don't track your location
• We don't access your contacts or files
• We don't use cookies or tracking technologies
• We don't share data with third parties (because we don't have any data to share)
• We don't sell your information
• We don't show advertisements

Microsoft Store Integration

When you download Analog Nomad from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft may collect:

• Installation and update information
• Device information for compatibility
• Purchase and licensing information

This data collection is handled by Microsoft according to their Privacy Policy. Analog Nomad itself does not participate in or have access to this data collection.

Your Data, Your Control

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You have complete control over your data
• You can backup your data by copying the AppData folder
• You can delete all data by uninstalling the application
• You can manually access and export your Excel task logs
• No account creation or registration is required

Permissions

Analog Nomad requires minimal Windows permissions:

• File System Access: To read and write your task logs and settings
• Display Access: To show the clock on your screen
• Audio Access: To play alarm sounds

We do NOT request or require:

• Camera or microphone access
• Location services
• Network or internet access
• Contacts or calendar access

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the application and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Since we don't collect any data, any policy changes will only make our privacy practices even more transparent.
